Betty L. Peterson

Betty L. Peterson, age 94, longtime Two Rivers resident, died Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
Betty was born on May 7, 1929 in Bloomer, Wis., a daughter of the late Benjamin and Viola (Dutton) Lane. On June 7, 1947, she married Russell E. Peterson in Park Falls, he preceded her in death on October 26, 1997. Betty was an assembler at Paragon Electric Co. for 33 years, she retired in 1990. She was a longtime active member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law: Linda Peterson of Two Rivers; grandchildren: Christy (Andy) Ravn and Jeremy (Tyne) Peterson; great grandchildren: Hailey and Carter Blongen and Sage and Edyn Peterson; and one sister: Leatrice Norwick. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son: Terry Peterson and three sisters and four brothers.
A private family entombment service will be held at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Hwy 310, Manitowoc.
