Carol F. Plasky

Carol Faye (Williams) Plasky, age 85 of Two Rivers, passed away peacefully at her residence Saturday morning, January 20, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Carol was born in Crystal Falls, Michigan on November 8, 1938 to Armas and Agnes (Long) Williams. She grew up in Beechwood, MI and was the beloved granddaughter of Mary Lahti; baptized on December 27, 1941; confirmed on July 18, 1954; and always very proud to be Finnish. She loved her church community of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Two Rivers. She volunteered for the school hot lunch for many years, and was a Girl Pioneer Leader with her good friend, Darlene Luchterhand.

Carol was a hardworking dedicated employee of Ironwood Plastics, the Lighthouse Inn, and Service Master; and loved her passion of being an accomplished seamstress. She enjoyed her pets both inside and out, and will be lovingly remembered as a very small woman with a great big heart!

She is survived by her children: James Plasky, Jenifer (Brian) Thompson, Roy (Nicole) Plasky and Gale Hall, Debra Soch, Lloyd Pete, Donald Pete, Laura Ricker, and Mary Whorley; her grandchildren: Aaron, Laurel (Reed), Jasmine, James, and Connor Plasky; Stephanie (Gerry) Thompson, Jackie (Jake) Lefevre, Brian Thompson, Kristin (TJ) Alinea; and Leroy, Brook, and Sasha Plasky; one older great-grandson, Morgan (Jackie) Knight; and a great great-grandchild due in July. She was preceded in death by her parents, Armas and Agnes Williams; husband, Leroy; son, Brian; granddaughter, Melanie Thompson; great grandsons, Austin Schrimpf and Jack Lefevre; and brothers, Leroy and Jack Williams.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3607 45th Street, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Rev. David Arndt, with burial to follow in Knollwood Memorial Park, Hwy. 310, Manitowoc.

The family will greet relatives and friends at St. John's Lutheran Church, Thursday morning from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Wednesday evening visitation.
