Craig S. Litel

Craig S. Litel, age 42, of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly, at home, on Friday, August 26, 2022.
Craig was born on January 11, 1980, son of Sharon (Taylor) Litel and the late Kriss S. Litel. He completed high school and earned his mechanic certification from N.W.T.C. On September 28, 2012, he married Sarah M. Peterman at Grace Congregational UCC in Two Rivers. Craig and Sarah established Litel Towing and Repair shortly after their wedding, Craig was also employed at LDA Automotive. Craig enjoyed spending time with his family, his family was everything to him. He enjoyed jamming with his son, towing vehicles and working on cars. He was “Mr. Fix It”, a jack of all trades, master of none.
Craig is survived by his wife: Sarah Litel; sons: Devon, Isaiah, Cameron and Jordan; mother: Sharon Litel (John); mother-in-law: Jody (Mike) Walske; father-in-law: Steve “PeeWee” Peterman; and in-laws: Elizabeth Peterman; Mindy Schindler (Tory) and Wyatte Besaw-Walske. He is further survived by his best friends/brothers: Pat and Rachel Gallas, Les and Deb Alexander and Spencer and Eleanor Radaj; his dogs: Diesel, Miranda and Gage; along with aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, who referred to Craig as “Uncle Keg”, other relatives and many friends. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: George and Esther Litel and maternal grandparents: Jim and Joan Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Deacon John Vincent with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 am until 1:45 p.m. There will be no Wednesday evening visitation.
