Dale Lischka

Dale E. Lischka, age 76 of Manitowoc, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Saturday, February 5, 2022.

Dale was born June 18, 1945 in Kewaunee County to Frank and Gladys (Schneider) Lischka. He was a 1963 graduate of Washington High School in Two Rivers, then furthered his education at Lakeshore Technical College where he earned a degree in design engineering. Dale was employed as a machinist for many years with Manitowoc Engineering Company until his retirement. After retiring, he also volunteered many hours at the American Red Cross of Manitowoc. He was a lifelong bachelor who enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting with his uncles and cousins. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Survivors include two sisters: Jill Ritchey of Renton, WA and Darlene "Kay" (Bill) Shenyer of Brewster, WA; several nieces and nephews: Aaron Ritchey, Anthony Ritchey, Barbara (Bruce) Tesarik, Karen (Russel) Strutz, John (Amy) Lischka; along with other relatives and many friends. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Gladys Lischka; and a brother & sister-in-law, Larry and Janice Lischka.

The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Monday, February 14th from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of Dale will be held at 1 o'clock, followed by burial in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
