Daniel G. Hanson

Daniel G. Hanson, age 62 of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 9, 2022 at his residence.

Daniel was born in Manitowoc on May 11, 1960 to Joan (Ratajczak) Hanson and the late Glen E. Hanson. He attended schools in Mishicot, graduating with the class of 1978 from Mishicot High School. Daniel just retired this past year from Northern Labs of Manitowoc where he worked for 44 years, mainly as a crew leader in the plastics department. He enjoyed his motorcycles, music, his cats, restoring things, collecting antiques, and always enjoyed a cold beer.

Survivors include his children: Seth (Larissa) Hanson of Marquette, Michigan, Ian Hanson of Manitowoc, Nerissa (Jon) Cerny of Tempe, Arizona; four grandchildren; and his mother, Joan Hanson of Mishicot. He is further survived by a sister, Debra Hanson of Two Rivers (special friend, Terry Farber), one brother, Dennis Hanson of Mishicot; along with one uncle, several aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Glen E. Hanson.

There will be no formal funeral service held. Cremation has taken place.
