Darlene J. Lambrecht

Darlene J. Lambrecht, age 94, a resident of Wisteria Haus of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly, Thursday morning, August 4, 2022, at Wisteria Haus.
Darlene was born on January 16, 1928, in Oconto, the 11th of 12 children born to the late William and Anna (Nelson) Lambrecht. She attended Two Rivers Public Schools, graduating from Washington High School with the Class of 1945. Darlene worked at Hamilton Mfg. until 1971, she then was a personnel management specialist for the Veterans Administration in Madison until her retirement in 1993. She has resided in Two Rivers since her retirement.
Darlene is survived by 29 nieces and nephews and their families. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her siblings: Lyle Lambrecht, Lorin (Jean) Lambrecht, Lester (Bernice) Lambrecht, Lyndon (Agnes) Lambrecht, Edith (Albert) Larsen, Evelyn (Carl) Sorlie, Eleanora (Herman) Boness, Effie (Marvin) Olsen, Elaine (Lawrence) Rudie, Eloise (Raymond) Boness and Beverly (Randolph) Menges.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3607 45th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Stephen Kruschel with burial to follow in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Tuesday morning, August 9, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. There will be no Monday evening visitation.
