Donald John Schoenke

Donald John Schoenke, age 75, of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly, on July 13, 2022.

Don was born in and grew up in Menomonee Falls, WI. After high school graduation there, he joined the U.S. Navy and received nuclear and electronic schooling during his 6 years in service. He then worked for the Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant in Two Rivers until his retirement.

Don enjoyed skiing in Colorado, going to Summerfest concerts and frequenting the Two Rivers public library to research ways to live a healthy life.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Donald and Louise (Benson) Schoenke, and is survived by his sisters: Denise (Linden) Holmen, Diane Sterba and Dawn (Dan) Schoenherr, his brother: Dean (Connie) Schoenke, and their families.

A private service will be held.
