Donna "Cookie" Collard

Donna M. “Cookie” Collard, age 77 of Manitowoc, died peacefully at her residence on Sunday afternoon, July 10, 2022 with family at her side.

Donna was born in Eaton, WI on October 8, 1944 to Anthony and Catherine (Wertel) Swantek. She graduated from Denmark High School and worked as a hairdresser before owning and operating the Cedar Lodge in Two Rivers for many years. In her spare time, Donna enjoyed gardening, cooking, and reading.

She is survived by her four children: Scott (Judy) Collard of Manitowoc, Jodie (Jerry) Wachowski of Two Rivers, Carrie (Patrick) Dunphy of Manitowoc, and Becky (John) Hoffmann of Two Rivers; thirteen grandchildren: Allison, Jessie, Gina, Kurt (Jolene), Nick, Michele (special friend, Bryan), Louis (Lisa), Lucas (Devin), Logan, Lillie, Aarron (special friend, Jordan), James, and William; and eleven great-grandchildren: Cassidy, Ariea, Adonis, Atticus, Kameron, Karson, Karter, Devin, Lexi, Lincoln, and Alex. She is further survived by one sister, Irma Buchberger of Milwaukee; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Catherine Swantek, and several other family members.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18 ^th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Pastor Nick Stanislowski. Burial will take place at a later date in Poland, WI.

The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Friday evening, July 15th from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m.
