Duane F. "Dewey" Schwartz

Duane F. "Dewey" Schwartz, age 80, of Two Rivers, passed away early Saturday morning, July 17, 2021, at his residence.

Duane was born in Menominee, Michigan, on October 6, 1940. He served his country overseas for 3 years as a member of the U.S. Army and on August 17, 1963, he was married to Linda Weinschrott in Marinette. Dewey worked for Hamilton Manufacturing for 40 years and in his spare time his hobbies included hunting, fishing, gardening and playing dartball and softball. He had a great love for his Green Bay Packers and, of course, his family. He will be forever remembered for his delicious barbecue ribs!!

Duane is survived by his wife of almost 58 years, Linda Schwartz; his three children: Lisa (John) Kronenburg, John (Kristine) Schwartz, all of Green Bay; Sandy (Scott) Miller of Manitowoc; along with his grandchildren: Rachel & Brady, Dylan & Casey, Shawn & Lea; and many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Clara Schwartz.

In accordance with Duane's request, there will be no services held. Cremation has taken place.
