Frances P. Puls

Frances P. Puls, age 94, longtime Two Rivers resident, died Wednesday morning, November 13, 2024, at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center, Manitowoc.
Frances was born on March 1, 1930, in Two Rivers, a daughter of the late John and Mabel (Hickox) Bonk. She attended St. Luke’s Catholic Grade School and graduated from Washington High School with the Class of 1948. On September 16, 1950, she married Frederick “Fritz” Puls at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on February 19, 2012. Frances was employed at Eggers Plywood Company for many years and was an avid cribbage player.
Survivors include her sisters-in-law: Janice Puls and Kay Puls; nephews and nieces: Kim Puls, Kris Watier, John Puls, Tammy (Vern) Triggs, Frank (Maureen) Puls and Connie (Thomas) Drumm; and other relatives.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by five sisters: Mildred Treco, Elizabeth Kraftcheck, Nancy Rybarczyk, Shirley Brault and Carol Puls; four brothers: George Bonk, Wallace Bonk, James Bonk and Richard Bonk; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Fred and Cordelia Puls; and brothers-in-law: Howard Puls, Leo Puls, John Puls, Roland Puls and Roger Puls.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Dave Pleier with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m.
