George H. Weiermann

George H. Weiermann, age 81 of Two Rivers, died unexpectedly Friday, September 3, 2021 at his residence.

George was born in Milwaukee, WI on September 1, 1940 to William and Berdie (Hamblin) Weiermann. He attended Milwaukee schools, graduating with the class of 1957 from Lincoln High School in Milwaukee. On September 27, 1969, he married Carol Lee Katz. She preceded him in death on June 14, 2000. George worked for Fisher Hamilton Industries in Two Rivers for over 25 years until his retirement. He remained very active his entire life, enjoying hunting and fishing, playing darts, and shooting pool. He was an avid bowhunter; and member of the NRA for many years. He was also a longtime member of Tippy's dart team. George will be especially missed by his beloved dog, and best friend, Emily.

Survivors include his two brothers & three sister-in-laws: Carl (Molly) Wardman of Sheboygan Falls, Daniel (Susan) Weiermann, Sr. of Texas, and Christine Weiermann; many nieces and nephews: Joan (Billy) Curley, Chris Weiermann, Leilani (Justin) Dean; Chris (Jennifer) Wardman, Margaret (Ed) Danforth, and Carly (Khamsay) Cavanh; Dan (Brenda) Weiermann, Jeff (Freedom) Weiermann, and Bobbi (Heath) Matthews; Don (Laurie) Weiermann, Ada Marie (Jason) Spooner, and James (Janisa) Weiermann; along with thirty-nine great nieces & great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Berdie Weiermann; his wife, Carol; brothers: William Weiermann, Gordan (Beverly) Weiermann, Wilhelm Weiermann, Jeff Weiermann; and a nephew, Willy Weiermann.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th Street, Two Rivers. Rev. David J. Pleier will preside at the service, with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Friday after 12 noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
