Joan J. "Grandma Camp" Durocher, age 85, of Two Rivers, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, March 10, 2022, at Northland Lodge, with family by her side.

Joan was born September 30, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Thomas and Clara (Hoff) Hoffman. She attended schools in Manitowoc, graduating from Lincoln High School with the class of 1955. On February 23, 1957, she married Dale P. Durocher at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death June 15, 2008. In addition to raising her children, Joan worked for Clipper City Displays (Silk Screening), Fox Hills, and retired after many years at the Two Rivers Hospital and Aurora Medical Center. Joanie loved camping with family and friends at Harbour Village in Sturgeon Bay, known by many as "Grandma Camp". She also enjoyed playing dartball, loved Elvis, and treasured the time with her family.

Joan is survived by her six children: Vickie and Kevin Timm of Crivitz, Debbie and David Keip of North Carolina, Dean "Ernie" and Sue Durocher of Two Rivers, Michele and Casey Wanek of Dunbar, Dorene and Scott Young of Two Rivers, William "Bill" and Valerie Durocher of Two Rivers; sixteen grandchildren: Nathan (Jessica) Timm, Nicholas (Dawn) Timm, Noah (Bryanne) Timm; Ryan (Tara) Keip, Adam (Kristin) Keip; Brandilyn Durocher, Brigette Durocher, Derek (Emily) Durocher; Cyle (Angie) Wanek, Curt (Jesse) Wanek, McKenzie (Kyle) Schramm; Boone Young and special friend, Aspen Schrempp, Sawyer Young and special friend, Jessica Ney; Vayda, Finley and Zander Durocher; along with nineteen great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brothers and sisters: Shirley Hoffman (special friend, Napoleon), Robert (Betty) Hoffman, Barb (Gregory) Egbert, George and Patti Hoffman, and Nancy Barbeau; two sisters-in-law: Ann Durocher and Shirley Durocher; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Clara Hoffman; husband, Dale "Lippy" Durocher; one granddaughter, Kelli Anne Keip; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Emma Durocher; one brother, Thomas (Mary) Hoffman; one sister, Patsy Markowski; five brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Rd., Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Dave Pleier, with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Monday morning from 9:00 until 10:45 a.m. There will be no Sunday evening visitation.
