Joyce A. "Tootie" Peserik

Joyce A. “Tootie” Peserik, age 83, of Two Rivers, died early Sunday morning, February 6, 2022, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.
Joyce was born on July 14, 1938, in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Oscar and Viola (Fronk) Jindra. She graduated from Washington High School with the Class of 1956. On June 21, 1958, she married Rueben “Rube” Peserik at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death on January 21, 2022. Joyce was employed at Hamiltons and then for many years at One Hour Martinizing in Manitowoc until her retirement. Tootie cherished time spent with her family and friends and had UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for ALL her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews. She enjoyed camping, admiring the birds, and watching Hallmark shows and game shows.Survivors include her children: Pam and Matt Gerroll, Brian and Debbie Peserik and Cindy and Perry Hibbard, all of Two Rivers; her grandchildren: Cassie (Tony), Ashley (special friend, Paul), Brett, Shannon (Uriah), Brady (Katie), Payton (Kyra) and Casey (special friend, McKenna); and her great grandchildren: Max, JuJu, Lincoln, Evie, Sawyer, Lola and Hoyt; along with other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3607 45th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Stephen Kruschel.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. There will be no Friday evening visitation.
