Ned Ruben Horner

Ned Ruben Horner, age 57, of Two Rivers, died peacefully, Sunday afternoon, February 18, 2024, with his family at his side, at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee.
Ned was born on June 10, 1966, in Two Rivers, a son of the late Edmund and Grace (Hafeman) Horner. He attended Two Rivers schools, graduating from Washington High School with the Class of 1985. On February 24, 1996, he married Lisa Grimm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot.  Ned was employed for over 25 years at Shoto Corp. Ned loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids, he enjoyed attending his kids sporting events, camping and was a huge WWE wrestling fan.
Survivors include his wife: Lisa Horner; his children: Shawn and Haeli Scola and their children: Jesse and Peyton, Allison Horner and Michelle Horner; his sisters and brother: Gail Austin, Lee Horner, Zita (Rob) Given, Jill (Dan) Koslowski and Tina (Randy) Rindt. He is further survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Robert and Ann Grimm; and his sisters-in-law and brother -in-law: Lori (Eric) Glish, Mike Grimm and Mary (Jeff) Derrig,; along with nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by an infant sister.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2140 34th St., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Keith Tullberg with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mishicot.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
