Manitowoc

Patrick (Pat) John Kramer, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at his home.

Pat was born on April 22, 1975 in Manitowoc, son of Linda M. (Kiss) Kramer and the late Dan H. Kramer. He attended schools in Manitowoc: Holy Innocents, Wilson Jr. High and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1993.

From a young age he had a strong work ethic, at one time juggling 3 jobs. He was a well loved horticulturist at Hartman's Towne and Country Greenhouse for 34 years, starting at the age of 15 as an after school job that became his career. Over the years he gained knowledge and the expertise in plant management and the greenhouse business mentored by the Hartman family.

Pat was an expert fisherman always on the quest for a trophy musky, his mom called him the "Musky Hunter". He instilled the love of fishing in his daughter, son, and now his grandson. He had a love of the outdoors and was an avid bowler.

Pat is survived by his mother, Linda Kramer; his son, Cody, who he was so proud of; grandson, Jacob, who he affectionately called "Little Dude"; former wife, Amy Mackie, mother of his children and loving best friend. He is further survived by his Hartman's Greenhouse family, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Life long friends and fishing buddies: Tim Brey, Chris Sippel and Jason Taylor..."NOUAHH" also survive.

Pat was preceded in death by his daughter, Sadie Kramer; father, Dan Kramer; and brother, Nathan Kramer.

To honor Pat's wishes, cremation has occurred and there will be no visitation or formal funeral service.

"Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy." Native American Proverb

Let us look to the skies tonight, the brightest star shining upon us is Pat letting us know he is happy.

Memorials in Pat's name will be used to establish a fund for Jacob's education.

Pat's family would like to extend their appreciation to the Two Rivers Police Department, chaplain and coroner for their compassionate and respectful care of Pat and his family, as well as Deja & Martin and Harrigan Parkside Funeral Homes for assisting with the arrangements.
