Patrick C. Van Eyck

Pat Van Eyck, age 60, resident of Mishicot, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Pat was born in Green Bay on October 26, 1963 to Jerome and Margaret (Petty) Van Eyck, Sr. He was a 1982 graduate of Washington High School in Two Rivers, and worked as a truck driver for many years. Pat also drove school bus for several districts which included Two Rivers, Mishicot, Green Bay, and Denmark and loved all of his riders, often bringing treats on the bus for holidays. Pat loved all holidays and decorated his yard with over the top decorations for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Halloween. He loved watching the children come by and enjoy the show. Pat made many friends over the years, especially the wait staff at his favorite local restaurants. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his fiance, Jeffrie Lynn Staton; one sister & four brothers: Victoria (Kris) Vandervest of Bellevue, Gary (Shelby) Van Eyck of Seymour, Keith (Carol) Van Eyck of Bellevue, Jeffrey Van Eyck of Kellnersville, and Michael Van Eyck of Two Rivers. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and his fur-babies: two dogs - Shadow and Harley, and several cats. Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Margaret Van Eyck, Sr. and one brother, Jerome Van Eyck, Jr.

A celebration of life will be held for Patrick at a later date.
