Suzette R. "Sue" Becker

Suzette R. “Sue” Becker, age 68, of Two Rivers, died Tuesday morning, August 9, 2022, with her family at her side, at home.
Suzette was born on October 5, 1953, in Manitowoc, the daughter of the late Robert and Jan (Heimerl) Petrie. She graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School with the class of 1972 and earned her Dental Assistant Certification from LTC. On July 11, 1981, she married Steven J. Becker in Two Rivers. Sue was employed by Dr. Erich Press as a dental assistant and office assistant for 25 years and was the secretary at Calvary Lutheran Church for over ten years.
Sue loved bowling, in her younger days she played darts, more recently enjoyed bean bags, always enjoyed baking and cooking, but most of all was very involved with her family. She worked with TREP and TREM for a number of years, also supported the Global Outreach Catholic Exchange Program and was a host for 7 International Students.
Survivors include her husband: Steve Becker, two sons: Jonathan Becker of Two Rivers and Matthew Becker of Manitowoc; an aunt and uncle; cousins; and her in-laws: Karen Karbowski (special friend, Noel Krueger), Carole (Roger) Strohm, Tom (Sandy) Becker, Dan (Audrey) Becker, Katherine (Steven) Malik, Charlie (Connie) Becker, Bill (Ellen) Becker and Barbara Becker (special friend, Peter LeClair); along with nieces, nephews. other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 19, 2022, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Rd., Two Rivers. Concelebrating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dave Pleier and the Rev. Larry Seidl with burial to be held at a later date at St. Gregory’s Cemetery, St. Nazianz.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Friday morning from 9:00 a.m until 10:45 a.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
The funeral service will be live streamed on the St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church website or St. Peter the Fisherman Facebook page.
