Tim Ross

December 9, 1942 — April 5, 2024

Timothy L. Ross, age 81 was born on December 9, 1942 to Ben and Marie Ross in Up State New York. He passed away on April 5th, 2024 with his wife Eileen and his daughter by his side. He had a peaceful death, after a very long illness.

Tim grew up in Three Mile Bay, New York where his backyard was Lake Ontario. He spent his summers sleeping in the boat house which had living quarters in the upper level...... A Boys Dream!

Tim enlisted in the U.S. Navy following high school. He was very proud to have served his country for eight years. Tim's last patrols were on the USS Greenling SSN 614, a fast attack submarine. He had many stories to tell! Tim married Eileen M. Veres on September 14, 1963 at St. Mary's Church in South Milwaukee. The couple moved to Two Rivers in 1969 where he worked for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant until retirement. He found Lake Michigan shortly after moving to Two Rivers. Fishing was his first love, but he enjoyed all things in the outdoors which also included hunting, boating (sailboating), canoeing, camping, and trips to the U.P.

He leaves behind, his wife, Eileen Ross; daughter, Prisca (Troy) Clay; son, Nick Ross; seven grandchildren: Aria (Joey) Witt, Tahlia (Jason) Brake, Logan (special friend, Courtney), Tanner Ross, Tristan Ross, Taylor Ross, and Sawyer Ross; and four great-grandsons: Carson and Christopher Witt, Asher and Tate Ross. He is further survived by a daughter-in-law, Erin Ross; one sister, Jenifer Paravati; many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Tim Ross, Jr.; his parents, Ben and Marie Ross; and two brothers, Ken Ross and Fred Ross.
