Timothy L. Howard

Timothy L. Howard, age 71 of Two Rivers, passed away at his residence early Thursday morning, May 25, 2023, with family at his side.

Tim was born in Toronto, Canada on September 8, 1951 to David and Rose (Howes) Howard. After graduating high school, Tim served in the United States Navy. On December 14, 1993, he was united in marriage to Cindy Pelofske in Arizona.

Tim was employed for many years with Edgewater Casino in Laughlin, NV until his retirement. He enjoyed camping with family and friends, but especially cherished the time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy; five children: Jenny O'Neill, Venton (Heather) Speidel, Tabitha (James Thom) Speidel, Amanda Speidel, and Trista (Shawn) Kirby; five grandchildren: Jacob, Jayda, Tyson, Michael, and Jebsen; three great-grandchildren: Jaxon, Jazzlynn, and Chance; and two brothers, David and Keith Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Linda Howard.

A private family service will be held for Tim at a later date.
