Tracy L. Johnson, age 54 of Two Rivers, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, January 2, 2024 at the Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers following a very brief battle with cancer.
Tracy was born in Two Rivers on November 22, 1969 to Ronald L. and Holly L. (Scheer) Johnson. He graduated with the class of 1987 from Edward White High School in Jacksonville, Florida. After coming back to Two Rivers Tracy worked for a few years as a CNA at St. Mary's Home in Manitowoc. Returning back to Florida, he was the estate manager for the Hicks family in Jacksonville, and most recently was employed with Aurora's Vince Lombardi Cancer Center in Two Rivers. Tracy enjoyed antiquing, gardening, and had a passion for shoes. One of his greatest joys was traveling to London.
He is survived by his mother & step-father, Holly Johnson (Charles Greene) of Two Rivers; one sister & brother-in-law, Peggy (Tom) Mushel of Manitowoc; one niece, Samantha Johnson of Manitowoc; and his beloved dogs: Daisy & Mr. Doggy. Tracy is further survived by his aunts and an uncle: Sandy Scheer of Two Rivers, Nancy Wilbanks and Joanne Kirby, of Boiling Springs, S.C.; Mike (Linda) Scheer of Mishicot; along with several cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald L. Johnson; his grandparents; two aunts; and three uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th Street, Two Rivers. Rev. Dr. Matthew L. Sauer will preside at the service, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Saturday, January 20th from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Friday evening visitation.
